"Brownhills Motorhomes Limited" through their solicitors, Andrew and Co LLP, have requested that it be made clear on this website that their company Brownhills Motorhomes Limited (Company 02999408) which commenced trading in April 2008 "is an entirely different company" to Brownhills Motorhomes (Newark) Ltd and Brownhills Holdings Ltd which traded from the same address and employed the same staff until placed in Administrative Receivership in April 2008.

Consequently nothing contained in this website relates or refers to "Brownhills Motorhomes Limited".  For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of balance, correspondence from Andrew and Co LLP is reproduced in the emails section of this site.  Click here to view the email section of this website.

¹ The registration documentation of the vehicle that previously carried the registration mark "Y902 DRA" was not issued in it's final, correct form until after April 2008.  Also, Transport for London (TfL) did not recognize this vehicle as fully compliant in regards of the Low Emission Zone until after April 2008.

² Although the webmasters opinion of the DVLA was initially formed prior to April 2008, it continues to deteriorate with each passing day.
